Helping women age with strength, confidence and freedom
ReDefining fitness, health and real life for women who want to keep doing more, not less.

ReDefine what ageing looks like
Getting older shouldn’t mean doing less. I’m passionate about what keeps us strong, healthy and capable, so we can enjoy travelling, walking, lifting, laughing, trying new things and living life on our own terms.
I give honest, practical advice around fitness, health, and navigating midlife without guilt, extremes, or needing to turn back the clock – because the best is yet to come.

Hi, I’m Becky
I’m a fitness journalist, strength coach, writer and presenter with a focus on how we can stay strong, healthy and capable as we get older.
After years working in film and tv journalism, I retrained in fitness and ultimately combined my two greatest passions: strength and words.
Now I write, teach, create workouts and talk about all the things that help women feel empowered, strong, and healthy.
ReDefine Fitness is where all my passions come together: expert advice, real life, strength, health, wellness and plenty of reminders that this is our time to thrive.
